What I like most about ROG is the incredible level of support and training we receive paired with an incredibly generous commission split. I am so impressed with the efforts that are made to keep us all on the cutting edge of technology – keeping us from becoming obsolete. This in itself has allowed me to work more efficiently and grow my business. I chose ROG primarily because of the generous commission split and their focus on generating internet leads. When I first learned about ROG I completely discounted making the move believing it was probably to good to be true. The reality is the generous commission split and the internet leads are only the tip of a very large iceberg. This company is the total package. If you want to be proactive with your real estate business and stay relevant with current technology and give yourself a HUGE raise in the process, there is no other choice.
