Sam Dumas began her real estate career in Boulder, Colorado in 1984. She received her Real Estate License coursework through the University of Colorado then participated in a comprehensive training program with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Division. During Sam’s first year in Real Estate she was named “Rookie of the Year”.
Real Estate is not her job — it’s her full-time career. Sam obtained a broker’s license during her third year in the business. With Broker Licenses in Colorado, California, Virginia and Arizona she and her family lived in each of those states and she managed to start a successful business as each relation took her to a new market. Those experiences gave insight into new areas, different architectural styles and home designs as well as empathy for the relocation process and the trials families encounter when moving to a new community. Sam feels this business is more about people than about sticks and bricks.
Sam’s family moved to Prescott, Arizona in 2000. She has served as a Managing Broker for two local real estate companies and three years ago she developed the PAAR Luxury Home Tour. Sam continues to run a successful residential real estate business with her real estate partner and enjoys interacting with agents while sharing her extensive knowledge and experience.
With a thirty plus year career, Sam continues a passion for residential real estate and is always seeking new challenges. Sam and her family enjoy all that Prescott offers. In her free time Sam loves to sew, kayak and travel.
