I have been a real estate sales person/broker/broker associate for 28 years, and owned and managed my own company of 100+ agents before being bought out by Coldwell Banker. Needless to say, I have had exposure to many many brokerages. I relocated to Prescott in 2005 and have worked for a few locally before the opportunity was presented to work for Realty ONE Group. Admittedly, it was the compensation programs and the agents that had already committed that helped me in my decision to move to ROG Mountain Desert, but I’ve come to know that the OWNERS are extremely committed and genuine about HELPING the agents be successful…and that makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE to me.
